Lets try this on for a size.
It’s extremely fun to try different ways to get the information you want and need in for a “Product Discovery”.
Like taking Focus group as an example, as well it opens up the persons in the focus group and open up their memories it also colors them. For instant I heard on the radio a few weeks back about that the Police had gathered all the eye witnesses after the murder on Anna Lindh (a former Swedish politician). This of course complicated the hearing, since people started to change their story as they went on with the hearing depending on what the rest of the group had to say.
So there is two sides of every coin.
Maybe that make it so important to do all of the methods? To be able to find the redline in all the collected information?
